ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the first and second respondent to consider the representation/complaint of the petitioner dated 21.05.2025 and 29.05.2025.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondent would submit that the complaint is in the nature of dispute between partners with reference to running of an educational institution and that the police wants to conduct a preliminary investigation. In that regard, when they sought the presence of the petitioner, he failed to appear and did not cooperate with the enquiry.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is very much willing to cooperate and will be present on any given date. She further submits that the petitioner will come down to India and appear before the respondent police for the enquiry

4. The petitioner shall do so at the earliest and as and when he appears 2/4

before the police, the enquiry shall commence. The preliminary enquiry shall be completed within four weeks from the date of the petitioner's appearance and further action shall be taken depending on the outcome of the preliminary enquiry.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition Criminal stands disposed of.
