The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 9 days in filing this criminal revision against the order dated 29.03.2023 made in C.A.No.38 of 2022 on the file of the learned Special Court for trial of cases registered under SC/ST(POA) Act, Namakkal.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
