This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in FIR.No.1400/2015 pending on the file of 2nd respondent to any other independent investigating agency i.e., CBCID/3rd Respondent, for carrying out impartial and speedy investigation and to file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sathiyan, Inspector of Police, G2-Periamet Police Station, Chennai is present and he submitted that the investigation is almost over and sought five months time for completing the investigation and for filing final report.
