Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records of the detention order made in BCDFGISSSV No.153/2022 dated 05.10.2022 passed by the Commissioner of Police, Tambaram City, Chennai the second respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before the Hon'ble Court and set the detenu Thiru.Raji, son of Ganesan aged 27 years now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chenani at liberty.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 09.11.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.7480 Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
