3.Ms.S.Surya, learned counsel appearing for respondent submits that though she has got some objection with regard to the explanation of delay of 57 days, the delay may be condoned.

4.In view of the above, the learned counsel for respondent shall make her objections at the time of admission of revision. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
