ORDER

The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 323 and 294(b) I.P.C. read with Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seek a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal, to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Crime No.203 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on merits and pass appropriate orders. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
