This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to grant 6 days emergency leave for the petitioner / convicted prisoner, K.Manickam @ Poonga Nagar Manickam, 55 years old, convict No.6897, confined at Central Prison, Salem.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail and therefore, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
