O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue between the parties already amicably settled out of the Court and accordingly, mutual divorce order was passed by the II Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai in H.M.O.P.No.265 of 2023 by order dated 29.05.2023. As such, no 1/4

further adjudication is required in the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and placing a copy of the order dated 29.05.2023 in H.M.O.P.No.265 of 2023 on the file of the II Additional Principal Judge, Chennai on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that nothing survives at present in this petition for adjudication.

3. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
