O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to complete the basic infrastructural facilities such as Roads, Street Lights, Drainage, Water supply, Storm water drainage etc., within a reasonable time period as the court may consider fit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have not provided any service under Article 1 of MOU dated 06.03.2006 to the petitioner and it is non-compliance of MOU.

3. However, this Writ Petition itself is not maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, if there is any non-compliance, it can be proved only before the Civil Court and not before this Court. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for redressing their grievances, if any exist as of now.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
