ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned proceedings, dated 05.09.2023 passed by the respondent Police rejecting the representation of the petitioner seeking permission to conduct cultural program.

2. Heard Mr.P.Paramasivadoss, learned Counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the decision taken by the respondent Police.
