This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate as per the direction given by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15182 of 2016, dated 25.07.2016 in accordance with law.

2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police have already registered an FIR in Crime No.37 of 2018 and the same is pending investigation.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
