This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 11.04.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by one Kasidurai, an FIR has been registered against this petitioner in Crime No.1818 of 2013 on 03.10.2013, for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC. enquired into and closed. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
