This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the impugned proceedings of the first respondent passed in TIN: 33041388770/A3/2022 dated 28.09.2022 addressed to the second respondent and quash the same and further direct the first respondent to give credit of TDS amount on the petitioner account and issue any other writ.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the impugned order dated 28.09.2022 passed by the first respondent will be withdrawn within a period of four weeks.
