Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to inspect the unit and test the quality of water once again in accordance with rules and regulations. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a Mandamus to inspect the unit and test the quality of water once again in accordance with rules and regulations.

3. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that when the test report was served on the petitioner, it was found defective and he has taken steps to rectify the mistake and the same was rectified. To ensure total compliance, the petitioner have given some samples to a leading recognized lab and obtained a report dated 30.08.2016, wherein it has been certified that the drinking water is totally safe for human consumption as prescribed under Food Safety and Standards Act and Regulations made thereunder. Therefore, he seeks to reinspect the unit in the light of the new development.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents would submitd that without submitting representation to the respondent, the petitioner has directly come to this Court.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make representation seeking fresh inspection of his unit.

6. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to make representation, seeking fresh inspection of his unit, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
