With the consent of the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that there is no service rule governing the petitioner's employment; however, the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2016 will be considered on its own merits in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.
