ORDER

The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report stating that the warrant has been executed and four machineries has been repossessed and handed over to the Applicant on 19.12.2024.

2. The learned Advocate Commissioner shall be paid her additional remuneration of Rs.30,000/- within a period of two weeks.

3. The learned Advocate Commissioner has also stated that the respondent is present at the time of repossessing the machineries. However, the respondent has not chosen to enter appearance till date.
