O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition seeks to strike off D.V.C.No.12 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Cuddalore at Cuddalore.

2. The Full Bench of this Court in Arun Daniel -vs- Suganya [ 2022 (6) CTC 833 ] in Paragraph 76(ix) had held that it is open to the respondents if they

have been improperly impleaded as party to the proceedings to move an application

KST to delete them from the array of parties. When the Full Bench has held that this remedy is available to the parties, I am not inclined to entertain the revision.

3. In the light of the Full Bench judgment, granting liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application to delete them from the array of parties, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
