ORDER
Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. With consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a representation on 21.04.2025 to the respondents seeking for restoration of patta to the legal heirs of the petitioner's deceased father, by enclosing necessary documents. However, the said representation has not been considered so far by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation dated 21.04.2025, 2/6
made by petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent concerned to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No 3/6
costs.
