This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 430 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Despite the receipt of notice, there is no representation for the second respondent / Insurance Company.
4. The petitioner would aver that due to financial constraints, she was not in a position to file the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in time and hence, delay of 430 days occurred in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
