This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 04.09.2015, given by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint dated 01.02.2016, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent-Police. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
