ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first Respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2024 seeking regularization of lease for the subject premises.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that in this regard, the petitioner already submitted a representation for regularization of lease and the same was rejected by the third respondent dated 20.02.2018. Without even challenging the same, once again the petitioner submitted another representation. Earlier representation was rejected, on the ground that the petitioner was categorized as a person in unauthorized occupation of the property by

encroaching upon the same and also directed to pay a huge sum for user and occupation for the subject premises.

4. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
