THIYAGARAJAN Advocate for the respondents in both the petitions MR.A.THIYAGARAJAN, ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the original suit involved in this Civil Revision Petition.

2. The Civil Judge had sought for extension of two months and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this Court feels it appropriate to extend the time by three months and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
