By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 08.08.2014. In the said representation, they have sought for compensation from the respondents for acquiring the land having an extent of 1122 sq.mtrs. in Survey No.66/12, in the year 2009.

2. Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, by accepting the notice on behalf of the respondents, seeks six weeks time to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2014.

Recording the above said statement, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 08.08.2014 of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
