This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take action on the complaint dated 26.12.2013 given by the petitioner and register an FIR.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the second respondent-police. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
