Writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2017 and consequently direct the respondents to recognize the petitioners as the office bearers of the Promoted B.T. Assistant and Tamil Pandit Association (Registration No. 100/1992).

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the dispute between the two rival groups have been settled and hence noting survives for consideration in this writ petition. The communications sent by the parties are also placed before this Court. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
