O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1819/2016/A3 dated 06.05.2022 and further seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to return the lease deposit amount after deducting the rent dues if any till the date of locking and sealing of Shop No.1 i.e. till 29.12.2022 situated inside the Bus Stand, Dharapuram.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence the same was passed over. Again when this matter was taken up at 05.00 p.m. there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents are present. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter any further. Hence, this 2/4

writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
