A.No.7268 of 2019:

This application has been filed to direct the respondents jointly and severally to furnish security to an extent of Rs.50,93,412/- either by way of Bank Guarantee fixed deposit or any other property in order to protect the interest of the petitioner.

A.No.7269 of 2019:

This application has been filed to direct the respondent to present himself with the details of all its assets, bank detail and unencumbered properties so as to enable the applicant to enforce the award dated 01.04.2019.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Despite service of notice on the respondents, there is no representation on behalf of respondents.

kal other property to the extent of the claim made in the application at Rs.50,93,412/- on or before 04.12.2019.

4. In pursuance of the order dated 04.12.2019, no security has been furnished so far. On verification, the schedule of property is not disclosed in the judges summons. Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant an order of attachment. However, the applicant is at liberty to file an appropriate application as per law.
