ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 06.09.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.17270 of 2022, thereby directed the respondent to consider the
representation of the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter party and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and resolved that both parties shall render full cooperation to the Thakkar in the administration of the temple and shall not cause any obstruction to conduct the festival.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
