This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents herein for their will full disobedience in not complying with the order dated 22.03.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.8060 of 2024, thereby the first respondent was directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal within a time frame.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the letter dated 15.09.2025 of the second respondent stating the compliance of the order dated 22.03.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.8060 of 2024
