This petition is filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, who has no objection to allow this petition.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and no objection expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, the delay of 56 days in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
