This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register an FIR on the complaint dated 19.03.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on a complaint lodged by one Venkateswari, the Sub Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Erode District, is conducting enquiry against this petitioner. This petitioner has given a counter complaint dated 19.03.2016, against Venkateswari, which is also at enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, the Sub-Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Erode District, is directed to enquire into both the complaints and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
