ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Declaration, to declare the Deed of cancellation Deed dated 29.08.1991 vide Doc.No.455 of 1991 before the first respondent as illegal, null and void and non-est in law and consequently direct the first respondent to remove the entries pertaining to the aforesaid deeds from the Register of the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
