This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register an FIR on the complaint dated 01.02.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint dated 01.02.2016, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the Police on 06.03.2016. A copy of the closure report has been filed before this court.
