ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent and the counsel who is appearing before the lower court for the respondent herein, have been served about the pendency of the proceedings before this court. There is no representation for the respondent. As the respondent has not shown any interest to represent the matter before this court even though his name is printed, O.S. No.15 of 2019 pending on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore, is withdrawn from the said court and transferred to Family Court, Chennai. The learned Judge of the Family Court, Chennai, is expected to conclude the trial in O.S. No.15 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 15 working days at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to a logical end.

2. With the above direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
