2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25842 of 2021 vide order dated 29.12.2021 and that there is a mistake crept in the order copy wherein, the offence under Section 506(ii) IPC is wrongly mentioned as 506(i) IPC. Hence, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above submission so made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Section 506(i) mentioned in paragraph 1 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.25842 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021 shall be read as "506(ii) of IPC".
