ORDER
This Court by its order dated 26.09.2023 issued a direction to the respondent to pay 25% of the backwages from the date of dismissal till the date of superannuation to the petitioner. However, the same has not been complied with. Hence, the present Contempt Petition.
2.This Court by order dated 21.11.2025 issued a direction to the respondent to furnish the break-up details of 25% of the backwages and retirement benefits of the petitioner. Accordingly, the break-up details have been filed.
3.Out of a sum of Rs.5,71,540/- payable to the petitioner, a sum of Rs.25,506/- was paid on 06.10.2025 and a further sum of Rs.25,736/- was paid on 23.10.2025 and thereafter, a sum of Rs.2,40,547/- was paid on 23.10.2025 and the balance sum of Rs.2,79,751/- was paid on 21.11.2025. Hence, the
