ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 09.04.2025 passed in W.P.No.8165 of 2025.

2. This Court, while disposing of the above said W.P.No.8165 of 2025, passed the following order:

"A direction is given to the respondens to

examine the date on which the retirement benefits/family pension were actually paid and if it had been paid with delay pay the same with interest 6% per annum from the date on which the eligibility arose/death of the husband of the petitioner till the date of actual disbursement. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of ths order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.

3. This Contempt Petition is filed alleging that the order under contempt had not been complied with.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has now been duly complied with and Rs.1,60,000/- has been paid to the petitioner by way of Account Payee cheque towards the amounts due to be paid to her.
