Petition is filed to recognize the General Power of Attorneys dated 29.09.2015, 23.09.2015, 26.09.2015, 26.09.2015 and 23.09.2015 executed by second to sixth petitioners respectively in favour of first petitioner herein to prosecute the present civil miscellaneous appeal.

The respondents have no objection for allowing the petition.

The original power of attorney deed has been placed before the Registry by the petitioner/appellant and the same has been verified and endorsed by the Registry.

Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed.
