The petitioner has been proceeded against under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and by an order in CP/IB/25/CHE/2022 dated 14.10.2022, an Insolvency Resolution Profession has also been appointed.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. It is open for the department to recover the amount under the provisions of the IBC code, 2016 in the above case. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed.
