Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1 at Thiruvannamalai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.149 of 2018 and complete the same, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
