A. Nos.725 & 726 of 2024 in C.S. No.12 of 2014 and A. No.4282 of 2014 P.B.BALAJI, J., A. Nos.725 & 726 of 2024 are filed to amend the name of the 4th defendant to rectify the name of her husband from V.G.Rengasamy to R.Mathiazhagan and to amend the name of the 3rd defendant to rectify the name of her husband from R.Mathiazhagan to V.G.Rengasamy in the short cause title, long cause title and the statement of address under Order VI Rule 14-A of the plaint in C.S. No.12 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objections for allowing these Petitions. I have also perused the common affidavit filed in support of the above Applications and accordingly, these Applications are allowed.

3. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and file an amended copy of the plaint.
