ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to protect the petitioner and his property by considering the police complaint dated 15.11.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.02.2021, current paper enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R No.39 of 2022 and it has been closed that the matter is civil in nature.

4. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings either under Section 156(3) or 200 Cr.P.C. However, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate Commissioner that the petitioner himself has represented that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. In view of the above facts, I

feel this matter does not need any further consideration excepting the above observation.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
