This writ petition was filed aggrieved by the orders in I.D.No.505 of 2018 dated 03.12.2021 thereby, this writ petition has becomes infructuous. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Labour Court, Kancheepuram has passed final award in I.A.No.16 of 2018 in the I.D.No.505 of 2018.

Accordingly, the request of the petitioner is considered and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum challenging the orders of the I.A.No.16 of 2018 in the I.D.No.505 of 2018.
