SUNDAR, J.] This Sub-Application is filed to implead the applicants as respondents 7 to 68 in the Contempt Petition in Cont.P.No.1930 of 2022. 2.Having regard to the facts narrated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and the nature of proceedings, this Court is of the view that the applicants are also necessary and proper parties to the Contempt Petition, as they are in physical possession of the property. Since the order that may be passed in the Contempt Petition will have a direct effect on the interest of the applicants herein, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed. 3.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the papers.
