ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records and quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.397 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the dispute is between the husband and wife. Now the matter has been settled between the parties and as such, further action on the FIR was dropped.

3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
