This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para no.7(b) of an order passed by this Court, dated 21.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13702 of 2023 to report before the respondent every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
