The suit is filed for declaration.

2. The plaintiff is the absolute owner of the property. However, the property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. However, the defendant is residing at United Kingdom, which is outside jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Sine the defendant is residing at United Kingdom the plaintiff has sought for leave to sue.

5. After perusing and examining the plaint averments and having satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue.

6. Accordingly, leave to sue is granted as prayed for and A.No.4977 of 2021 is allowed.

7. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
