The petitioner/senior citizen and landlord, has come forward by way of this revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of O.S.No.245 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Erode, filed for recovery of possession from the defendant.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the revision petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner/plaintiff is aged about 75 years and seeks expeditious disposal of the suit filed by him for recovery of possession of the property, I am inclined to direct the learned Principal District Munsif Judge, Erode, to frame issues in the suit, considering the pleadings on record, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, shall expedite the trial and dispose of the suit on or before 31.01.2026.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
