ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu and seeking to produce the detenu before this court, she has filed the present habeas corpus petition.
2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu left abroad on his own volition. A letter has been addressed to the authorities about his whereabouts. The aforesaid statement has been made in the presence of the investigating officer.
3.Thus we do not find any illegal detention involved. However as and when the address of the detenu is found along https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with the phone number, the same will have to be furnished to the petitioner so that she will be in a position to contact the detenu.
4.With the abovesaid observation, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
