This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 227 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Mr.R.Sidharth, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and he has got objections in allowing the application.
4. The petitioner would aver that in order to arrange funds for the litigation expenses, delay of 227 days occurred in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
5. Accepting the averments made by the petitioner in the affidavit enclosed with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 227 days shall stand waived.
